Occasion Cake Menu
We believe that your special celebrations deserve  special cakes.  That is why we take the time to make all of our cakes, fillings and icings from scratch using only the finest ingredients.  All of our cakes are filled, which means that you will receive 2 layers of cake and 1 layer of filling surrounded by the icing of your choice (even the sheet cakes!).  Our serving sizes are much larger than most (approximately a 2” x 2” x 3” slice, depending upon  the shape and type of cake you choose), so please take this into consideration when ordering!   We realize that the ordering process can be a bit overwhelming, so we have broken everything down into five easy steps.  Enjoy the process and most importantly, enjoy your cake!

Step One: Pick a Cake Flavor (*denotes Kids’ Favorites)
The Basics…
*Vanilla Butter Cake: Truly moist and full of flavor (made from scratch!) white cake (may be tinted the color of your choice). *
Cream Cheese Pound Cake:  Moist and delicious traditional American-style yellow cake.
*Chocolate Sour Cream Cake: Moist, rich and delicious traditional chocolate cake. *
Variations…
*Marble Cake: Yellow –or- white and chocolate cakes marbled together. *
*Chocolate Chip Cake: Yellow -or- white cake studded with chocolate chips. *
*Confetti Cake: Yellow –or- white cake with colorful confetti baked right in! *
*Strawberry, Cherry, Pineapple –or- Peach Cake:  Rich butter cake with the fruit baked in- leaves guests raving! *
Americana Specialties…
Caramel Cake: Unusually moist and full of authentic burnt sugar flavor.
*Red Velvet: Traditionally southern red devil’s food cake. *
Carrot Cake: In the traditional American style, this cake is studded with raisins & walnuts; we add a layer of orange marmalade for extra flavor!
Spice Cake: Fantastically moist cream cheese pound cake base with our own special spices added to it.
*Banana Cake: A moist old-fashioned cake reminiscent of Grandma’s banana bread. *
(This cake contains nuts unless otherwise requested.)
*Peanut Butter Cake: Brown sugar based peanut butter cookie in a cake!  Absolutely fabulous! *
Continental Appeal…
Chiffon Cake: This cake is similar to a European sponge cake with a light and airy texture.
(May be flavored with vanilla, almond, lemon or orange)
Chocolate Chiffon Cake: Very light chocolate flavor, not recommended for die-hard chocoholics.
Walnut Cake: A deliciously nutty, but surprisingly light, walnut cake.
(Any nut may be substituted with equally tasty results)
Mocha Chip Cake: Rich and moist coffee flavored cake liberally studded with chocolate chips.

*Signature Chocolate: Our white buttercream blended with imported cocoa to form a milk chocolaty taste sensation. *
Light & Airy Whipped Icing
Although this is the only icing that we do not make from scratch, it is extremely high quality and meets all of our standards with the added bonus of being non-dairy and heat resistant for those times that air conditioning isn’t possible.

Dark Chocolate Glaze: Rich and decadent bittersweet chocolate glaze that is poured over the cake to form a shiny satin finish……..……………………...$0.75/serving
White Chocolate Glaze: Sweet and unusual, the white version of the glaze described above.  Chef’s discretion depending upon weather conditions……$1.00/serving
Rolled Fondant: Rolled out like a piecrust and draped over the cake to form a smooth, heat resistant, sugary shell.  Because we use 100% REAL Buttercream, we can achieve the same effect with a much better taste!  We usually only recommend this treatment for UN air-conditioned or outdoor venues……….…………...$1.25/serving

Designs Not Listed Above: range from $2.50 + depending upon intricacy of design.
Licensed Characters: begin at $10.00 + depending upon character/design.
Due to copy write/trademark laws, we are prohibited from reproducing any characters in icing and/or chocolate.
3-D and Shaped Cakes:  $0.75/serving shaping charge in addition to the normal design charge based upon intricacy of the design.

Please place your order at least one week prior to pick-up.  We recommend 2 weeks notice during peak seasons!
Please Note: We can accommodate many special needs including allergies, vegan, gluten, sugar & egg free diets, BUT please be aware that we do use nuts and the aforementioned products daily.  Great care is taken to avoid cross contamination, but extreme sensitivities may  need to reconsider our services.   We cannot be responsible for any adverse reactions.  All prices are subject to change without notice.  No cash refunds are available.  We offer merchandise credit only.
